Recently I co-authored the Fiscal Year 2013 Virginia Economic Impacts of the Port Of Virginia in December 2014, The Fiscal Year 2013 Economic Impacts of Virginia Maritime Industry International and Domestic Commerce in February 2016, and also did a series of four economic impacts studies for the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority during the period 2012-2014. I co-authored three Virginia 2030 scenarios as a member of a four-university team producing a research report in November 2017, Addressing the Impact of Housing for Virginia’s Economy, available at http://www.vchr.vt.edu/VirginiaHousingEconomicLinkages/.
