This work involved resolving technical and operational matters as well as engaging the relevant legal teams to ensure the agreements were contractually binding DOCSIS 1.1 & 3.0 Deployment: Led the team which implemented DOCSIS 1.1 and 3.0 in Australia. For DOCSIS 1.1, this was a 131M upgrade to provide 30Mbps into Melbourne & Sydney. For DOCSIS 3.0, this was a 110M upgrade in Melbourne to deliver a 100Mbps solution Content Delivery Network Implementation: Led the team to replace Telstra’s legacy Content Delivery Network. The initial programme was 8M, with a further build of 10M
