Luckily I showed something that day and I was trusted enough to join the company. Ever since that day, I have made it my goal to always learn and explore new areas of the business through change. Over time, I have worked on both the business and IT side of the company, and I feel that has provided me a well-rounded view of setting customer expectations and being able to deliver on them throughout the customer lifecycle. I have adopted the Agile methodology when approaching the management of my projects and I received my Scrum Master certification in October 2019. Currently my responsibilities include managing two multi-disciplinary teams as a Scrum Master hosting Daily Scrums and tracking progress in Azure DevOps. Additionally, I am leading a large scale Renewables project for the company. Through my positions of Process Improvement Analyst, Manager of Business Transformation, and Senior Project Manager, I have been able to implement change and grow our business for the future. I am always looking for the next big opportunity and welcome any challenge presented to me.
