I started with Diebold in 2001 with the intent of continually progressing and taking on new challenges. Within 1 year, I was promoted to local dispatch. During the 3.5 years as a Secondline technician I learned how to fix any problem with any device that our team serviced, while again taking on additional tasks. After 3.5 years, I was then promoted to a Firstline Manager position, managing the team I started out on 6 years earlier. As a Firstline Manager, I was responsible for all of the day-to-day operations of my team of 17 technicians. During that time the team had seen higher success in several areas than it had ever seen before. In April of 2011, I was promoted to Regional Resource Manager, overseeing all of the resources and logistics throughout the New England region. In January of 2012 Diebold went through a reorganization and my position was eliminated. At that time I accepted a position as an Associate Project Manager covering expansive projects for some of our largest customers. I have always been and will always be a very motivated innovative individual continually looking to improve process and thinking out of the box. I never accept doing things just because we always have, while understanding that there are some processes that are out of my control. Through the years I have been persistent; never giving in until I achieve the results I set out for. Specialties: Process improvement, achieving results, and the development of my team are my specialties.
