There were additional applications, plug-ins and process that were added to our support. I decided to get back to school and finish my Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. I'm currently working as a Global Enterprise Technical Account Manager for our North American Enterprise clients. We partner with IT Directors, Managers and Supervisors of each or these companies to work with their issues or concerns with the RingCentral platform including their Contact Center platform. We manage escalations and reach out to our internal resources such as Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Tier 3, Service Engineering, CXone Contact Center, Carriers, Product Team and Professional Services to drive and deliver the resolution. We do break/fix issues for call flows, business unit changes, reporting and script changes (Studio). We deliver urgency focused SLA, committed response times and provide recurring updates until service is restored and cases are closed. We also attend scheduled cadence calls for health checks, recommendations and escalations.
