Rombout Peer is a I am a Management Consultant and Facilitator who specializes in designing, implementing and consulting on the transformation of organizational cultures through Leadership programs for individuals, teams and organizations in the private and public sector. As Affiliate Advisor with Aberkyn, a McKinsey & Co. Leadership firm, I am working together with the McKinsey offices in sub-Saharan Africa to support CEO's and top teams across industries on their Leadership development and culture transformation. My recent engagements include top team alignment and leadership development for organizations in Rwanda, Uganda, Nigeria, Kenya and Angola. Since 2004 I have been working with the international consulting firm McKinsey & Co as Facilitator of Transformation and since 2011 I have been based in Johannesburg, South Africa where I am responsible for the design and delivery of Culture Transformation and Leadership Development programs for management and top teams. In this capacity I have been a trusted advisor for management in both the private and public sector. Between 1998-2002 I was involved in a political career where I was a Member of the Executive Committee of Parliament with the City of Amsterdam. Within this time, he held three portfolios namely Public Land Affairs, Traffic and Transportation and Public Maintenance. Before working in the political landscape, I had a private sector career spanning over six years working as a consultant (at KPMG) and later as a Senior Consultant (at Ernst & Young, Management Consultants) in Ukraine, Russia, the Netherlands and Aruba Specialties: Organizational Culture Transformation, Leadership Development
