After the Argentine default and devaluation, he wrote another book describing a tariffs renegotiation program. Considering the subsidies that Argentine Goverment is applaying in Public Services Utilities, he wrote a book concerning a well done subsidies finishing strategy. A new job considering a consumer rights strategy trying to harmonize rights and duties policies between state regulation and residential consumers is being publishing in 2014. With a multidisciplinary team he wrote about subsidies in a macro point of view destroying balance payments. Especialty: Engineer, oriented on Economic and Organization Public Utilities.
