My areas of professional interest include the link between physical, mental and emotional health, deep ecology, vulnerability and shame, optimizing intimacy, neurodiversity, and mindfulness, as well as non-traditional approaches to psychotherapy such as artistic and spiritual ways of healing. I am a Trauma Informed therapist, trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.) and possesses an empathetic, holistic approach to therapy which treats the whole person in the context of their world in the way best suited for each client. I consider my patients experts on themselves and my best teachers. I am a sensitive and intuitive person who also possesses strong intellectual and analytical abilities.I am passionate about behavioral health as it impacts our quality of life as well as the lives of those around us.
