  Robin Mathew is a Responsible for planning and scheduling of all major activities of the Project • Review MEP design and make modification as per site requirement • Lead Co-Ordination Meetings with Different Entities of Riyadh Metro Project • Coordination works for Over Track Exhaust system ,Tunnel Jet Fans, Track Ventilation Fans,Track Ventilation-MSFD,Smoke Exhaust Fans, Ventilation Fans and pressurization fans. • Provide Technical Support, Complete On-Site Diagnostics, Report for Customer Service Information • Work in collaboration with Project/Program Management team to drive consistency of the project scheduling approach to facilitate accuracy in project execution and reporting • Follow up with Material Approval and Technical Support for all Mechanical Trade Belonging Materials • Responsible for Preparation of Bill of Quantity of Materials for Supply, Erection, Testing & commissioning for Projects. • Coordinate with Civil and Electrical Engineer on site for any changes in Mechanical design especially in CSD. • Ensure that all Mechanical site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, specification and Installation work & Test plan • Ensuring the smooth commissioning / validation & service assistance • Assign, review Technical Bid Evaluation in Tender for various project • Manage construction teams and coordinate logistical support to execute daily activities at site • Track Sub- Contractor Activities Closely and Guide work plan activity to achieve Project Targets • Following up of IAT closing works and maintaining IR Close out procedures for the systems • Implement/follow proper QA/QC procedures by maintaining and following Project QA/QC Manual • To execute the works according to the latest approved revision of drawings and/or instructions of authorized authorities. • Technical Submittal for All Mechanical Material as Per SMACNA,ISO,NFPA.
