As a Learning Specialist, I am qualified in training and coaching inbound and outbound agents in sales, technical support and customer care, both new hires and existing staff. Being fluent in both Italian and English allows me to work using any of these languages interchangeably. Extremely passionate about training people, facilitating learning and watching learners develop. I've been speaking/practicing English on a daily basis since my early teens. In fact, despite not being a native English speaker most people I interact with usually assume I am one. I've been part of a semi-pro punk rock band for 13 years (from 1998 to 2011) as a guitar player and backing vocalist. This experience, on top of my passion for travel, allowed me to visit around 50 countries between North America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia. I have a UK (category B) driving licence and I own a car. I have many hobbies and I enjoy doing many different things. Music has always been a big part of my life as well as cinema, TV series and comics. Travelling around the world is also something I'm really passionate about as well as volunteering for different charities in order to give back to the community. I'm a people person and I enjoy social life.
