Previous to Saatchi, I was an SVP, Group Creative Director at the McCann World group (MWG), where I integrated MRM//McCann's offerings to lead the McCann World group to the Cannes 2019 Network of the Year. At MRM//McCann, I oversaw and worked on the U.S. Army, Microsoft, Staples, Ihop, ETS, Zurich Insurance, and Mastercard accounts. I also Creatively led Optaros, the e-commerce agency of MRM//McCann, where I oversaw Boston Proper, Alpine Stars, Massy Industries, Automotive Arts, Kendra Scott, and led our e-commerce new business initiatives. As a cross-agency leader at McCann World Group, I helped win the Microsoft account and build M: United, Microsoft's specialized internal agency. At M: United, I established digital best practices and worked closely with the Microsoft UX group to build a design system for their global digital brand experience. Before this, I was a Senior Creative Director at Blast Radius in Seattle, Washington, and New York City; I started the Seattle office, turning it from a team of five to a group of 75. At Blast Radius, I was the global creative lead for Levis and worked on Nike, Lulu Lemon, Microsoft, Starbucks, Xbox Disney, AOL, Danone Yogurt Kiwi Collection, and Castrol Motors. As a cross-office creative lead, I worked across the agency's global network to win new clients and expand its footprint. I started my career pioneering products as services at Xbox and Microsoft Zune, launching the first music subscription service, and exploring emerging software. Throughout my career, I have always pursued opportunities and ideas at the intersection of storytelling, design, technology, and product innovation.
