Robert Poyer is a In a career spanning over 21 years, Robert Douglas Poyer, an experienced and accomplished educational professional and leader, has held positions of increasing scope and responsibility. Robert currently serves as Principal of University Prep Value High School in Los Angeles, California. Here, he oversees a charter school which serves over 480 students, and has presided over a school which has met all organizational goals. Previously at the school, Robert also served as Assistant Principal and Physical Education Teacher. He earlier held similar positions at Central City Value High School, while also serving on the Board of Managers at the C.I.F., where he has been involved in many important initiatives and innovations. Throughout his career, Robert has developed and refined his skills in all areas of educational work, has been at the heart of many successful programs and initiatives, and he has been instrumental in his schools meeting with the highest in performance expectations. Robert obtained his Master of Education from National University, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
