I have been working within the Unified Communications and Collaboration area for over 12 years. This has allowed be to work with large enterprise companies, government departments and global financial companies to design and deliver complex usable collaboration solutions and tools. It’s been key to my career to keep up-to-date of new technologies and new threats within IT and specifically Unified Communications. I find it a very interesting time with new challengers coming in to the market trying to displace existing leaders. Robert has a great mix of technical knowledge mixed with experience of account management. This gives the all-round ability to be deal with stakeholders in all levels whilst understanding the commercial and technical decisions that need to be made Specialising in building and managing relationships with customers and clients in a friendly efficient manner ensuring that all parties are happy and all requirements are met.
