Robert Kalyesubula is a I finalized PhD at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine with the Medical Research Council/UVRI in August 2021. My main interest is kidney disease and hypertension in sub-Saharan Africa with special interest in how to estimate/measure kidney function. We are also looking into developing a renal registry for Uganda as a national wide project to highlight the burden of kidney disease in Uganda. We have cohorts and data that can be used to study co factors of NCDs among people from sub-Saharan Africa.
