Robert Faryabi Email & Phone Number | Our lab focuses on understanding epigenetic aberrations driving transcriptional addiction in cancer and learn how to exploit these knowledge for new therapeutic options. As a multidisciplinary lab, we benefit from genome-wide assays elucidating the impact of transcription factors on chromatin folding and activity. We also use single-cell measurements to study how heterogeneity of chromatin activity and folding impacts cancer cell response to targeted therapies. To best understand these complex data, we also innovate statistical and machine learning approaches to elucidate complexity of oncogenic signaling impacts and accelerate discovery of novel therapeutics and biomarkers.
