I worked at Apple for over 7 years in various roles as a Senior Program Manager in Corporate Retail Operations. I helped drive policies, procedures, logistics, and service strategies for Apple retail stores globally. I also drove communication, training, and any ongoing support for Program and Product launches. My primary role was managing the operations for hardware and software for the mobile POS systems in all retail locations, globally. I worked with the payments teams, the carrier activation partners, and provided communications and training to our 500+ locations. Prior to Apple, I worked at XOMA, a Biotech Pharmaceutical company, for 3 years. While there, I worked on improving the customer service experience and Service Level Standards in the IT HelpDesk. I also enhanced vendor relationships while taking on several programs and projects within the IT area.
