Rita Haley is a In contrast to most psychotherapists today, my goal as a therapist and coach is to help my clients and patients, through the use of SFT, the treatment I developed, overcome rather than simply deal with their anxiety, depression and other psychological and psychiatric difficulties by becoming Self-Empowered, learning to love, respect, and stand-up for their Selves. Recognized early-on for outstanding ability and accomplishment in Clinical Psychology, I combined my expertise in psychology with my real world experience as a women's rights activist and leader (and the depth of understanding that came from the synthesis of these) to develop an integrated psychotherapy, SFT SELF-Focused Therapy, that provides therapeutic benefits over other treatments.
