My experiences interacting with veterinary professionals told me they were caring, ethical and forward-thinking people with a strong commitment to serving their patients well. After many years developing large corporates, I was keen to put the commercial and financial experience I’d gained in those roles to good use. Since Burgess Diagnostics’ company values strongly align with my own, I’m passionate about making us the industry leader in independent diagnostic imaging and playing our part in improving the health and wellbeing of animals. In my role today, I love getting out across the country to meet customers on site, learn about the practice and teams and walk them through the process of implementing CT and MRI imaging. From sharing with them how our scans can help to improve diagnoses to presenting them with the finished images, I believe that rewarding our customers and enhancing the service they provide to the clients is key to our partnerships and ongoing relationships.
