I’m experienced with both waterfall and agile methodologies, persona / use case / user story development, user needs analysis, task analysis, qualitative and quantitative usability tests, and accessibility requirements. My academic background includes an MS in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University of PA and a BA in Psychology, providing me with a strong foundation to build effective relationships and collaborate across technical, business, and design teams.
