Each of us struggle with these questions especially when our relationships are not as stable or satisfying as we want them to be. Our work together will allow you to recognize your strengths, identify the dynamics that create issues for you relative to your relationship with others and offer new ways to think and new tools to resolve issues as you encounter them. I’ve provided and supervised counseling services for over 30 years in a variety of settings with all age groups. My experience and training has convinced me of several things i.e., relationships define our sense of self; we look to our relationships for comfort and safety; when we are validated we function better and these important relationships support our continued growth and well-being.
