My education includes : 1983 Diploma Coal Mining Engineering 1995 Advanced Rock Engineering Certificate 1999 Graduate Diploma in Mining Engineering (Mineral economics) 2000 MSc (Eng) Mining Engineering & CEng (UK)/FAusIMM (CP) 2003 WA First Class (Mine Managers) Cert No: 766 2008 General Managers course Cert- AGSM/UNSW I am also the holder of the international medal in concrete technology and team member holder of the 2005 LME junior miner award. I have also extensive experience in bulk mining methods like block caving/open pit and was external examiner of mining engineering at the University for Witwaterand . I have been involved with mining research over the last 15 years with organization such as UWA, ACG,SIMRAC and the international caving study. I have written a number of international technical papers and I am a member of JORC.
