In all positions I have been a change leader; particularly negotiating highly sensitive issues with a range of stakeholders within both government and non government agencies. I have undertaken numerous and successful national and international consultations on behave the Australian government focusing on modernisation and organisational reform. I hold a Masters in Organisational Development and Training, with Honour in Reframing Organsiational Futures, I also hold postgradutate qualitifcations in Managament, Education, Applied Management (Police and Emergency services) and Executive Leadership.
