I also counsel clients (and perform cost-effective investigations) regarding patent infringement and patent validity, assist clients in licensing intellectual property assets, and help clients maintain ideas and inventions as trade secrets. Prior to practicing law, I gained first-hand industrial experience, working for several years as a Chemical Engineer in the pulp and paper industry.
