On my last position as Senior Infrastructure Analyst, I was responsible for all customer’s IT infrastructure administration on several segments in Brazil and abroad, being one of them from financial sector (Itaú International Securities Inc.) in US (Miami & NY) performing as a project specialist in the infrastructure area (Cloud, On Premises & BACKUP). Nowadays, as Senior Infrastructure Analyst and Digital Solutions at ENEL Group, acting as Data Center operation team leader with 340 servers (physical & Virtual) in Brazil and overseeing a team of 30 analysts from subcontractes company, charged of full environment management, analyzing process change management ongoing ongoing on 4 Digital Hubs in Brazil and 1 Abroad, environment/process improvements, new projects (Local & International), patching, budgeting, monthly operational billing, hiring professionals, strategic meetings and AWS migration project.
