This involves ensuring defined, standard processes for work/change requests are in place for operational and customer projects via various toolset applications. Also, to ensure resolution processes are in place for Priority 1-3 incidents. AXA Global Services Center globally support all AXA Operating Companies for Financial Services including Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance, Health Services, Investments, Motor, Home and Lifestyle Insurance and the Private IaaS is a key factor for these products as we aim to migrate applications for a mixture of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and Public Cloud services (Azure/AWS).
