Monitoring of Punch by classification of discipline and reporting to Discipline and management • Good Documentation Practices trainer (GDPs) in Pharmaceutical Industry. • Record and track all nonconformances through a centralized web-based database and trend information across multiple departments. . Ensuring compliance with GMP and FDA regulations in the areas of stability testing and reference standards of medical devices EN ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR 820 requirements. • Cooperation, review and approval of deviations (DRs), Investigations (INV), changes (CRs) and CAPAs within analytics (QC) • Approve welders Qualifications and skill tests as per EN and ASME BPE2019. • Approve the welding book (PQR&WPS ..) • Relevant professional experience in plant or in one of the sub-boiler, steel, equipment, piping. Promotion of safety awareness. • Check the correctness of Inspection test plan (ITP’s) in according to Job specifications & ISO 9001. • Inspection and verification of the correct work execution in according to the technical procedures already approved by the Project. • Check Finals dossier. • Project close-out and handover. - N.B : ITALIAN CITIZENSHIP.
