I am currently an appointed person to control electrical which is a statutory appointment to the Queensland Government Mines Department. I recently took a once in a life time role as a Project Manager and Trail Consultant with World Trail who are the industry leaders in mountain bike trail consultancy and construction. At the time I accepted the role, I was seeking a sea change from FIFO life, content to continue mining and engineering in a non FIFO role. The offer from World Trail was too hard to say no to. I have been a passionate mountain bike rider and racer for 25 years; competing locally to nationally, travelled internationally and have been involved in running events. I was one of the Downhill Course Directors at the 2017 Mountain Bike World Championships held in Cairns.
