When first I was focused on improving myself my focus has shifted in the last 3 years to developing others around me. For 3 years I was part of an internal training force which aimed to provide classroom training for other agents, create and review learning material and develop peoples skills. In this role I was able to not only learn and grow myself but also to help others reach the goals they set and provide support to do so. In addition to classroom training I also provided 1 on 1 coaching for peers. Throughout 2016 I won an internal recognition award 2 times in a row, placing silver (from gold, silver and bronze) both times. My goal for the future is to develop further towards leading a team of people and providing guidance as well as training, coaching and motivation to drive excellence in myself and people around me. I believe a highly trained and motivated Customer Support is a great way to add towards a companies value and drives engagement and loyalty within it's customers.
