Evaluated under-lifted crude volume for Biseni field, in view of increased equity split post UUOA execution, and ensured that Shell lifted balance of the crude, 1 MMstb oil. • Very good coaching and mentoring skills: Coached young reservoir engineers to build more complicated dynamic reservoir models in Nembe Creek field, as input into the field development plan. • Visiting lecturer to University of Benin Centre of Excellence: Lectures Integrated Field Development Planning to Petroleum Engineering Students. Coordinated several runs of Economics Awareness Training for Petroleum Engineers to beef economics and commercial skills.
