Rebecca Blackburn Email & Phone Number | I started out my VitalityHealth journey in Direct Retention dealing directly with members and business owners assisting them with the renewals process for their Private Medical insurance. i then went on to do a 6 month secondment within the Complaints Team alongside my role in Direct Retention between December 2020 and May 2021. This was during the height of the pandemic and the first lockdown. I feel that this role, especially during this time, massively improved my objection handling skills and my confidence on the phone when speaking to both member and business owners. For the next 6 months I was seconded to the VitalityHealth Broker Team where I have regularly dealt with large business schemes as well as speaking both to brokers and direct customers. My focus during my time with VitalityHealth has been towards achieving retention targets and KPIs. However, aside from this my personal focus has been on providing coaching and support to my colleagues. As of February 2022 I have transfered within VitalityHealth to the D2C telesales team and am now acting as a healthcare advisor assisting people looking to take out private medical insurance.
