Reviewer for Interspeech, ICASSP, COLING, and AMTA conferences; IEEE Transactions on Audio, Speech, and Language Processing; and the EURASIP Journal on Audio, Speech, and Music. Co-Organizer and Member of the Technical Committee for the NATO Workshop on Multilingual Speech and Language Processing held in Aalborg, Denmark in 2001. Past Adjunct Faculty Member of the Air Force Institute of Technology (two three-year terms). Formerly, a member of the Subcommittee on Speaker Recognition under the Organization for Scientific Area Committees (OSAC) run by NIST, which is a successor to the Scientific Working Group for Forensic and Investigatory Speaker Recognition.
