Beebe and remained in that capacity until May, 2007 Mr. Scott operated a private consulting and government relations firm specializing in health and human services management consulting, program financing and development, and policy analysis. Mr. Scott is a 1969 graduate of Henderson State University, Arkadelphia, Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology, and a 1972 graduate of Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree.
