Worked in a variety of roles there until 1993 when I moved briefly to the local Regional Office in Borehamwood, Herts. I have now been with Coutts permanently since 1995 having started as a temp in 1994. Have always been client facing, albeit in support roles, and worked in London from 1994 to 2000 servicing a UK client base, then from 2000 to 2006 in the International Client Group supporting Private Bankers assigned to the Middle East. I then worked in the Manchester office for 14 months from April 2006 to June 2007, the Sheffield office from June 2007 until April 2018 and have been based in our Leeds office since then, albeit have been working from home since the first lockdown in April 2020. Gained my CISI Level 3 Certificate in Wealth & Investment Management in Nov 2016 and IAD Level 4 in Feb 2020. Since early 2021 I have broadened out my experience into training new starters to the Wealth Analyst role, the annual Graduate intake ahead of their six month wealth placement and also new Junior Wealth Managers.
