Coordinate meetings, including conference room setup and coordination of catering where utilized, for engineering personnel. 12. Maintain supplies for department (office, coffee, paper, printer, copier, facsimile). 13. Process department/project related invoices for payment by coding, obtaining proper approval signatures, and passing to Accounts Payable. 14. Type general correspondence (memos, letters, facsimiles) and presentations for Engineering personnel. 15. Prepare courier packages (international and domestic) for shipment to various locations as required. 16. Prepares and processes PCA forms for engineering personnel as requested for new/additional computer/software needs.
