Closely monitoring every cargo and checking the transit time of every shipment prior handing over the cargo to co-loaders. Preparing and sending the manifest / documents to destination agent. Uploading the LOT and sending pre-alerts. • Corresponding with customers & international / local agents. • Arranging for transportation, packing of the cargo if required from out sources • Applying DG forms to shipping line for all hazardous cargo. • Handling the file from loading of the container/co-loading of a shipment till closing of the file. • Filing AMS for USA sector and following up for ISF details from client. • Documentation handled for following destination: Colombo, USA, Beirut, Tripoli, Saudi Arabia, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Port Sudan, Rotterdam, Kuwait, Sohar, Aqaba, Hamburg, Etc. • Submitting Exit Entry after shipment departure. • Submitting the Export declaration with Jebel Ali Port and customs.
