As a Senior Technician in Saudikayan petrochemical Co., Commissioning & Start up all the equipment as per the vendor instruction and coordinating with other disciplines for start-up activity ). Performing & ensuring the activities for Plant Readiness Program (PRP) & Maintenance Readiness Program (MRP). Inspection of 2 years spares, commissioning spares & capital spares requirements. Training attended in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Job safety Analysis(JSA), work permit System. As a Supervisor Rot. Equip in KNPC Planning, Organizing and executing maintenance activities in Hydrogen production & compression & Iso cracker unit. Maintaining equipment maintenance & inspection history and spares in MAXIMO As a Technician in GPEC power plant Worked as team member for minor inspection of steam turbine for blades inspection, condenser inspection, bearing inspection and turning gear mechanism Minor & HGPI inspection for gas turbines. Carried out maintenance of boilers for hydro testing, tube puncturing, drums inspection, Boro scope inspection of tubes, gagging of relief valves and testing of safety valves
