Preparing quotations for new/existing clients. Reconciliation of accounts of important clients and sorting out the differences. Surprise physical verification of stock on random basis. Ensuring adequate stocks in the stores so that supply is not hindered. Heading the billing section Recruitment of staff at lower level (computer Operator and receptionist etc.). CTC : 4.15 Lacs P.A. Key Performance Areas Ensuring good Audit Rating for the branch Reconciling all suspense accounts and suspense reporting. Taking care of effective working hours of team members Verification of transactions. Checking EOD reports on a daily basis including irregularity report, exception report and Service Requests unresponded at the day end. Timely submission of fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and half yearly reports. Maintaining good customer service index. Safe-keeping, issuance and reconciliation of security stationary and I-Kits. Team Handling. Employee learning and regularly updating their knowledge by discussing the latest circulars. Other related activities for smooth functioning of the branch.
