I have written and presented, "Dying In Blue" which provides all First Responders -(fire, EMS, Law Enforcement and Communications staff) an opportunity to see first hand how PTSD(i) does have an impact on our lives. Employee wellness must be at the top of the list. I live by the acronym F.A.C.T. -Faith, Accountability, Compassion, Truthfulness. I close every lecture with: Aspire to Inspire before you Expire -make a difference!
