Main areas of interest include universal health coverage, NCDs, MNCH, quality of care and economic evaluation of different programs under health. Current work involves coordinating collaborations on and conducting HTA research/studies for LMIC countries in Asia with the (HITAP). He awarded with ODI Fellowship, USAID Fellowship and Sir Fazle Hasan Abed Award for Leadership. Previously, he worked with the International Centre for Diarrheal Disease Research, Bangladesh (icddrb), James P Grant School of Public Health (JPGSPH), BRAC University, and University Of Saskatchewan, Canada. Now part of HITAP’s international unit, he works as a technical adviser for the HIU-iDSI project in Indonesia and Myanmar. He attended different national and international public health conferences to share research findings with many esteemed public health professionals. He is interested in continuing work in the international development arena in sectors and programs involved with sustainable economic development.
