For me, this translates to buy-in on all levels, from clients to colleagues. For clients, everyone is much more comfortable bringing a problem (especially the "dumb questions") to someone they feel will treat them like a human, not a number or email address on the screen. Not to mention, having an authentic connection with clients boosts retention rates, no explanation is required on that end, I think we would all agree. I am beyond excited for this next venture in my career and I hope that we can connect as well! After all, connection is what builds great people and a professional world that people are proud to be a part of.
