For the next 3 years ,I looked after Shift Process Engineer role,looking after the process of oil & gas to deliver the daily production volume by imbibing HSSE culture in plant.And also responsible for maximize production volumes,HSSE compliance ,cost- utilization,ensuring smooth plant operation without major breakdown. Currently looking after the responsibilities of Environment,Health and Safety Manager role to ensure safety of all working personnel first with minimum hampering of project execution, conducting awareness safety drive program to meet the Nation's Energy security in-house demand by contributing in ONGC Organisation values. All these opportunities helped and groomed me to face future challenging scenarios of the Energy Industry.
