Committed to ensuring process and asset Qualification policy and change management policy have been embedded for use. Have successfully project managed facilitating and embedding use of inter-laboratory IQC data management software across multiple sites. Experienced in exercising risk-based approach for scheduling audits to cover the scope of the service provided along with ensuring audit competency assessed Quality representatives have performed audits within their respective departments in a timely fashion followed by non-conformance management if any noted. Experienced in successfully leading Blood Sciences through UKAS, FASP and HTA inspections. Specialise in investigation of incidents of varied severity by performing robust RCA (root cause analysis) and broad range of stake holder management aiming to support Clinical Governance. Experienced in participating in recruitment for key positions within the Pathology laboratories. Experienced in leading Health and Safety within Pathology responsible for adherence to Health and safety regulations. Experienced training Lead for the Pathology network and an IBMS registration and specialist portfolio assessor, is a believer in training & staff development and a key driver for investing in people.
