Primary role is to lead the commercial and project development aspects of establishing Clinical Institutes and physician / surgeon training. Work with global teams on financing, planning, equipping and commissioning the Clinical Institutes. Forge relationships with various stakeholders.Part of the strategy and growth team for nearly 10 years. Worked across multiple initiatives- corporate strategy and finance, hospital expansion plans and organizational transformation. Was part of the Chairman's core team and worked closely with the Executive Board members on corporate initiatives and expansion projects both in India and abroad. 1.
