I know what it takes to achieve ‘zero incident’ while maintaining world-class reliability and cost efficiency. With external organization, I have led projects ranging from Operations Risk Management to Operations Excellence and Business Transformation including Innovation Management. My clients also like the fact that I am prepared to work side by side with them to improve the safety of their work sites, increase their business performance and drive sustainable change.
