I was responsible for managing EHR modules, conducting physician documentation training, ICD 10 and CPT/HCPCs coding, overseeing audit response, and ensuring compliance. Additionally, I gained practical experience through internships at CentraCare and Sisu Healthcare IT Solutions, where I focused on health information management and records software management. Overall, my diverse experience, active participation in the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), American Association of Healthcare Account Management (AAHAM), coupled with my educational background and skills in Microsoft Office, analytics, budgeting, and customer relationship management, have equipped me with a well-rounded foundation as a healthcare executive professional.
