Success happens when preparation meets opportunity. I want to help people arrive at their opportunities at their overall healthiest and most injury-proof. My desire is for people to never have any aspect of their health prevent them from pursuing or fulfilling their purpose. One of my greatest passions is the performing arts. I've been a part of music and theatre my entire life. It's my joy to help performers of all ages set their bodies up for success. As artists, we need to train our bodies for physically demanding experiences... we just add in singing, speaking, or playing instruments while we do it! My background in both the performing arts and fitness and injury prevention help me create programs for people participating in everything from marching band to musical theatre. I'm excited to support all performers at all levels to create a situation where their overall health will allow them to do what they love for a long time. I am someone who has a personal struggle with chronic illness and have had my own journey to personal overall healing. I've spent time working with people given many different diagnoses, those coming back from injuries, and people living with what some would label as physical limitations. Everyone's bodies were made to move. We might not all look the same doing it, but no one is excluded, it is for everyone. I love being able to help people discover a safe, fun, and fulfilling way to move, no matter what physical things they may be dealing with.
