Later, I was asked to take on the position of Office Manager, where I became more engaged with the internal and external staff and began my relationships that would lead to the Director position. I am passionate about my work and helping others succeed and am always eager to grow. There are many areas of my job I love. My favorite part would be frequently collaborating with my team to create the best, individualized experience for our clients. My daily mission is to build strong leaders with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Community involvement and giving back is near to my heart.
