Working closely with HRBPs on the contract expiry date of the off roll. Exit Clearance - sending out mailers for IT assets submission, follow up on the final status 7. Salary Audits - % of employees whose salary checks are verified before the payroll cutoff. Publish monthly dashboard for salary checks within the team 8. HR Helpdesk - Managing the employee helpdesk by reverting within TAT to queries. Resolving queries received over emails across businesses. Publish weekly helpdesk dashboard within the team 9. Background Verification Check - Coordinating with a third-party vendor to ensure not just timely delivery of reports but checking for compliance with all statutory requirements.
