JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- a) Review the applicable documents to the concerned Project. ( PO, QAP, TDC, Specs, Procedures). b) Review the applicable WPS and WPQ of the project. c) Study drawing and then make list of raw material needed according to the material Specification. d) Raw material inspection of the allocated material as per the requirement of the drawing /data sheet and Review material test certificates. e) In-process inspection. f) Ensure that project targets are achieved with respect to quality and quantity. g) Verification of dimensions, fit up and welds preparation. h) Carry out visual inspection of welded joints and prepare inspection reports. i) Co-ordination with project, QC & production department for achieving the target Date. k) Inspecting the fabricated items according to drawing and the client specification and getting it clear from the IIIrd party/Client. l) Ensure the complete documentation as per client requirement. n) To verify the Hydro test shall be done as per drawing. o) To verify the Hardness test of spool after PWHT as per QAP. p) Review the Heat treatment chart.
