Responsibilities: • Conducting joint survey and feasibility study for setting up new CNG Stations at strategic locations. • Planning, Execution and monitoring of project activities Viz, Civil construction, SS Tubing, Electrical work etc. at CNG station. • Material planning to ensure material availability in stores for smooth execution of work. • To initiate NFA for service and material requirement and subsequent co-ordination with C&P Dept for the award of WO & PO • Ensure renewal of PESO/Fire licenses in co-ordination with Dealers/OMCs. • Ensure timely calibration of equipment/instruments. • Regular training of CNG Fillers/Operators to ensure cylinder conformity and safe dispensation of CNG. • Time to time study of pollution levels and prepare comparative report on benefits obtained by use of CNG vehicles. Data Management: • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. • Maintain record for equipment calibration. Maintain record of statutory approvals of all CNG stations. • Maintain data of daily gas reconciliation and station loss. • Maintain data of meetings/news related to CNG. • Maintain preventive and breakdown maintenance report of CNG stations. • Maintain report and record of Customer meets/marketing campaigns.
